What You Need:

• 5 years minimum experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• High end Restaurant service experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef (or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up).
• Ability to Lead a team during busy service in the absence of the Head chef
• Confidence to follow specification and deliver high kitchen standards with the support of the head chef.
• Available for an immediate start and flexible with working hours.
• Solid knowledge of High end operations and best practices.
