Customer Service Representative – Glastonbury 2025

£12.21 per hour | Set Shift

Appetite4Work are hiring for hard working, proactive, reliable people with customer service experience at Glastonbury to work as Customer Service Representatives on Monday 30th June 2025. We have two shifts available 00:00am - 12:00pm or 05:00am - 17:00pm

Please note: You do not get tickets/access to the festival with this shift.


Customer Service Representative role includes:

  • Directing passengers to coaches
  • Providing travel info and support at the end of their journey
  • Completing admin tasks accurately
  • Manual handling - moving suitcases


You need to be:

  • Proactive, hard working and good with people
  • Confident, friendly, and engaging
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to handle difficult situations
  • Available temp ad hoc shifts, part time and full time hours
  • Fully eligible to work in the UK (unrestricted)
