Depending on your experience you could be pulling a pint, waiting tables at an awards dinner, selling pop corn at a concert or foot long hot dogs at the NFL.  If you’re more experienced ask about being a supervisor or manager.</p>

We&#39;ve got shifts with your name on them.</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>If pulling shots on a manual machine is second nature and you&#39;d rather pick your own shifts than be tied to one café, keep reading.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>You&#39;ll be stepping into barista shifts across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas - covering cafés, venues and events that need a skilled pair of hands on the machine. One day it might be a busy independent, the next a corporate breakfast service or a private event. The common thread: they want someone who actually knows their way around a manual machine, can dial in a grinder without panicking, and can hold a queue together during the morning rush without the milk going everywhere.</p><p>No two weeks look the same, which is exactly the point.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p>£14 an hour, paid weekly - every Friday, without fail. No waiting around.</p><p>Shifts that fit around your life. You pick what you take and what you don&#39;t. Great for topping up a main gig, working around studies, or keeping things flexible between permanent roles.</p><p>A proper app to manage your shifts, plus a real human on the end of the phone when you need one - not a chatbot, not a ticket system.</p><p>Variety.
