Temp to Perm Chef de Partie

Appetite4Work are recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a luxury hotel located in Tunbridge Wells.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity: you will initially work through our agency on a temporary basis (paid hourly, weekly), with the opportunity to move into a permanent contract if both parties are happy.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a luxury hotel or Rosette-level kitchen
• Ability to perform under pressure in a professional kitchen environment
• Full compliance with food hygiene standards and allergen regulations at all times
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
