Redhill/Reigate - Chef de Partie / Sous Chef

We’re looking for experienced chefs to join our team and support catering operations across schools in the Crawley and Horsham area.

We have opportunities for:

• Chef de Parties – from £17.14 per hour + holiday pay

• Sous Chefs – from £19.19 per hour + holiday pay

You'll be supporting the kitchen team with the preparation and service of fresh food, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and helping to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly throughout service.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous professional kitchen experience

• Experience working as a CDP or Sous Chef

• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, organised and confident working in a busy kitchen

• Enhanced DBS required for school-based roles
