Sous chef- Staff Catering

Appetite4Work are recruiting a Sous Chef to help deliver a smooth, high-quality catering service to staff at a busy factory located in Royston, North Hertfordshire.

Pay rate: £18.76 per hour

Monday to Friday

Shift times: 07:00–15:00

Ongoing shift opportunities

The role

Cooking lunch for approximately 450 staff.

Lunch includes a hot main meal, soup and dessert.

There is also a retail breakfast offering.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef
• Confident supporting and leading a kitchen team
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a busy kitchen
• High standards of food quality and hygiene
• Reliable and professional approach
