What do you need:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Italian Cusine
• Passion for high-quality, seasonal produce and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Available to work 6:30am-3pm Monday to Friday with some events in evenings
• Commitment to the highest standards of hygiene, health, and food safety
