The Role

No two days are ever the same here, if you enjoy variety, this role is perfect for you. A typical week might include: -

· Candidate Resourcing & Management (40%): You will be in charge of recruitment and training, responsible for placing ads, screening CVs, and interviewing candidates to find the best people for your team. You'll source, onboard, and train top chefs, acting as a mentor and ensuring your team feels supported.

· Clients & Relationships (40%): You will engage with clients daily to understand their needs, match staff accordingly, and build strong relationships. Be prepared to visit clients and support them on event days, ensuring everything runs smoothly at high-profile venues.

· Operational Essentials (20%): This involves maintaining accurate paperwork for staff, updating client records, and ensuring timely payment for temporary staff. These tasks are crucial for smooth operations.

The Package

  • Competitive Salary: £28,000-£35,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses.
