Bar Staff - £13.01ph | Private School Summer Ball | Near Hertford, Hertfordshire

If you're comfortable behind a bar, fast under pressure, and confident serving drinks late into the night at a high-end event, this one's for you.

We're looking for experienced bar staff for a prestigious private school's summer ball on Saturday, 27th June, near Hertford in Hertfordshire.

It's a late shift - 14:00 to 01:00 - finishing in the early hours, so you'll need your own transport (or a guaranteed lift both ways).

Bar work is the main focus, with some food service where needed. If you can't hold your own on a bar, this isn't the right role.

What you'll get

£13.01 per hour plus holiday pay, straight into your account every Friday via PAYE. No invoices, no chasing, no waiting a month. You'll need an enhanced DBS check - if you don't already have one, we'll cover the cost.

This school runs events throughout the year, so a good shift here puts you at the front of the queue for regular work. Beyond that, our Hertfordshire events calendar is busy year-round - from corporate functions and private dining through to some of the biggest events in the country. If you want consistent, well-paid work, we can keep you busy.

What we need from you

Solid bar experience at events or venues, confidence serving alcohol, a presentable manner, and your own reliable transport to and from the venue. An enhanced DBS check is required - we'll sort the cost if you need one.
