The Brewery is one of the UK’s leading unique event venues, based in the City of London.
As an Experienced Kitchen Assistant you’ll work with professional chefs delivering exceptional food and service for conferences and executive events.
We’re looking for people who already know their way around a professional kitchen and have experience of working large scale events - reliability, organisation, and attention to detail are key.
This is a temporary placement between 10th November-19th December, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
Full attendance and commitment is required.
What You’ll Do
- Assist chefs with prep, plating, and service
- Set up and clean down kitchen and service areas
- Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards
- Work efficiently as part of a professional events team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous event-style catering or kitchen experience
- Food Hygiene and Allergen knowledge
- Smart, professional presentation
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
