We’re looking for a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London Bridge, specialising in recruiting and placing temporary Chefs and Kitchen Staff with contract caterers and hospitality venues across London.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are quite the same. One minute you could be speaking to a Head Chef about tomorrow’s requirements, the next finding a brilliant Chef to cover a last-minute booking, interviewing new candidates or catching up with a client about their staffing plans for the month ahead.

What will you be doing?

You’ll take ownership of a busy temporary recruitment desk, building great relationships with clients and candidates and making sure we consistently deliver the people our clients need.

You’ll be:

Recruiting Chefs and Kitchen Staff for temporary assignments
Building and managing your own pool of great hospitality candidates
Filling daily and advance bookings for our clients
Developing strong relationships with contract caterers and venues
Interviewing and registering new candidates
Managing availability, rotas and last-minute changes
Keeping on top of compliance and administration
Growing existing accounts and spotting new business opportunities
Working towards achievable targets and earning bonus for your performance

Who are we looking for?

Hospitality experience is essential. You need to understand the industry, the pressures of a busy kitchen and why having the right person turn up at the right time really matters.
You might already be working in hospitality recruitment, account management or client management – that would be a big advantage.
Or you could be a Chef, Kitchen Manager, Hospitality Manager or operational hospitality professional who knows the industry inside out and is ready to use that experience in a different way.
Most importantly, you’ll be organised, proactive, resilient and great with people. You’ll be comfortable picking up the phone, solving problems quickly and juggling plenty of moving parts without losing track of the detail.

What’s in it for you?

£35,000–£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience, plus a realistic and achievable £10,000–£20,000 bonus based on performance.

The role is predominantly Monday to Friday, although hospitality doesn’t always stick to office hours! There will be some early mornings when required, and you’ll be part of our weekend on-call rota – typically around one weekend day per month.
