We are currently building our team of chef professionals for the busy months ahead in gastropubs and event venues. If you want to work as an agency chef, you can pick up shifts that fit your own schedule. As a relief chef, you simply turn up, run your section, and get paid for every hour you work.

Pay: £16 to £17 (CDP), £18 to £19 (Sous), £21+ (Head Chef).
Experience: Minimum 3 years at CDP level or above.
Flexibility: Work as an agency chef is ad-hoc or ongoing.
Terms: Weekly PAYE pay plus holiday pay.
Locations: Shifts for every relief chef across Herts and Essex.

Working as an agency chef offers a great variety, but it requires a chef who can hit the ground running.
