The Person

The role

No day is ever the same here - if you like variety this role would certainly suit you! A typical week could see you spending your time on the following activities...

Candidate resourcing and management (40% of your time): Placing ads, screening CV's and interviewing to find new great people to add to your team. To your pool of people, you will be boss, parent and agony aunt rolled into one! Looking after your people is key to your success.

Clients: (40% of your time) you will talk to your clients every day – about their requirements, about your staff, where they going on holiday you’ll probably even talk about the weather! You’ll be happy to jump in your car and go and see them for a cup of tea or to support them on their big event days.

The boring bit (20%):You will make sure appropriate paperwork is kept on file for all staff. Client records will be kept up to date and all temp staff are paid correctly and on time.

The Package:

A competitive salary between £28-35K plus Bonus

Location/Hours – You should be able to travel to either our London or Godalming office at least 3 times per week.
