As an Agency Chef with us, you’ll get the chance to work in a variety of professional kitchens, develop your skills, and pick the shifts that suit your lifestyle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking food to high standards in line with each site’s menus and specifications
- Supporting kitchen teams during busy services, including events, restaurants, and contract catering
- Following health and safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures in all kitchens
Pay Rates (PAYE, weekly pay):
- Chef de Partie (CDP): £16–£18 per hour
- Sous Chef: £18–£19 per hour
- Head Chef: £20+ per hour, depending on client
- Holiday pay is accrued separately
Essential Requirements:

You might be prepping for a busy contract catering breakfast service one day, and covering a gastro pub or private event the next. Shift variety is high. Some kitchens are fast-paced, others more relaxed – we’ll match you to roles that suit your pace and preferences.
