This is a great role for anyone who is physically fit and wants to be behind the scenes helping to make things happen. If you are in the kitchen you could be washing up, loading dishwashers, putting things away and generally helping to keep the kitchen clean and tidy. Our cellar porters work at major events, making sure bars are stocked, inventories are completed, and kegs are changed. Or if you are working on set up or in logistic you might be doing anything – moving and stacking furniture, setting up tables, getting food outlets stocked and if you are lucky you might even get to drive a golf buggy!
