Chef de Partie- Ongoing September Shifts

Appetite4Work are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team and work at a remarkable historic venue in Maidstone, with ongoing shifts available across their restaurants and events throughout September.

Pay: £17 per hour + holiday pay on top

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Start: 31st August, with ongoing shifts throughout September

We are particularly interested in chefs who can commit to multiple dates and provide consistency throughout September.

Regular shifts available throughout September, including:

• 31 Aug – 2 Sept: 14:00–22:00
• 4, 7, 10, 16 & 25 Sept: Prep shifts, generally 08:00/09:00–16:00
• 5, 8, 9 & 11 Sept: Event shifts with various start/finish times, including evening services
• 17 Sept: 12:00–22:00
• 18 Sept: 06:30–15:00
• Breakfast shifts: 12, 13, 19, 20, 26 & 27 Sept, 06:30–15:00

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in fine dining or private events
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Availability to work multiple shifts throughout September is highly desirable
• Chef whites and suitable non-slip safety shoes required
