We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team immediately on a temporary basis. If you can exceed expectations within a fast-paced environment within event venues, hotels, and stadiums, we want to hear from you!

What You Need:

• 3 years minimum experience in a professional kitchen environment as a chef
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous chef or Demi Chef de partie
• High end restaurant experience is preferred
• Ability to maintain high standards under pressure during busy service.
• Confidence to follow specification and deliver high kitchen standards.
• Available for an immediate start and flexible with working hours.
• Solid knowledge of general kitchen operations and best practices.
