Are you an experienced COCKTAIL BARTENDER? Comfortable making simple cocktails? Think Aperol Spritz, Pimm’s, and Negronis, all whilst working in the Summer Sun! ☀️ Our client is looking for EXPERIENCED BAR STAFF to support with their outdoor marquee bar from MID-MAY until LATE JULY 🍹🍸 This is an exciting opportunity to pick up regular weekly work at an outstanding events venue in Central London, with opportunities to pick up further shifts from their event schedule too!

You will be expected to work in a small team on a simple outdoor cocktail bar. You will need to be familiar with taking payments/using a POS as well as setting up and closing down the bar. The marquee is open to the public, and can get busy during peak periods so you must work well in a fast-paced environment.

This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for regular casual work – the perfect role for students!

We expect you to be working at least 3 DAYS per week from Mid-May until the End of July for this run. The client is currently waiting for final confirmation on the days, but it will either be Tuesday - Thursday, or Wednesday - Friday. You MUST be able to commit to ALL days of the run. There will be additional shifts available outside of these 3 core days.

Please see the available shifts per week below (timings may slightly change):

🍦15:00 - 22:30

🌴15:30 - 22:00

🍍16:30 - 20:30

Shift timings will be confirmed closer to the time, but you can expect to work these shift patterns across the three days, with some days the shifts being longer if there are events etc.

Please be aware that as this is an outdoor public bar, your shift timings will fluctuate based on weather and demand.

As well as working this core marquee run, you will also have the opportunity to work with so many of our other clients at various other EXCITING venues all throughout the summer season!

What we’re looking for:

- You MUST have existing bar experience, including the making and serving of various cocktails

- You will need to be familiar with taking payments/using a POS

- Existing hospitality experience will set you up for success – especially banqueting/livery events or fine-dining restaurants

- Previous experience working independently is a must – whilst you will be trained and supervised initially, you will be expected to operate the bar without constant supervision throughout the run

- Confidence in the service of food and beverages with professionalism

- Approachable and friendly personality with the confidence to engage with guests – excellent customer service skills

- Adaptable attitude with a sense of strong team spirit
