Agency Baristas – £14 per hour - Holiday Cover - Hatfield Area

Appetite4Work is currently looking to hire a skilled Brista to support holiday cover for one of our clients.

You must be available to work both of the following weeks, and there are opportunities for further agency work for the right candidate.

Monday 23rd to Friday 27th February

Monday 16th to Friday 20th March

Due to the location, you should have your own transport as it is not on reliable public transport routes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making a range of espresso-based drinks to brand or site standards
• Taking customer orders, handling payments, and keeping service flowing
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and service areas

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a barista (Essential)
• Confident using commercial coffee machines (Essential)
• Good spoken English to communicate with customers and team (Essential)

Essential requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Able to travel to various sites across Hertfordshire
• Flexible, reliable, and happy to jump into new environments

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be on your feet, often during busy service periods. Some shifts will be in high-volume cafés or visitor venues; others may be quieter corporate settings. If you’re confident making coffee and want flexible hours, this role could be ideal.
