Here at Appetite4Work we’re looking for experienced Retail Team Leaders who are ready to explore the world of VIP hospitality across London, all whilst having fun and making some cash along the way!

This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for regular casual work throughout the season – the perfect role for students!

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience working in a Retail environment – arena/stadia retail experience will set you up for success!

- Confidence in the service of food and beverages with professionalism

- Approachable and friendly personality with the confidence to engage with guests – excellent customer service skills

- Comfortable taking guest orders accurately and relaying them effectively to the team

- Processing payments quickly and securely

- Familiarity with a POS system

- Ability to handle guest queries or disputes effectively

- Adaptable attitude with a sense of strong team spirit
