What does a Kitchen Porter do?
As a porter, you will keeping the kitchen and back of house area running smoothly. This will include...
- Thorough and quick cleaning of plates, cutlery, and equipment.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Basic food preparation such as chopping vegetables, and plating up dishes.
- Assisting with deliveries and helping fellow kitchen team members as required.
