The Role
We are seeking strong, high-calibre Event Chef de Parties to join our team on a temporary basis for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone
For this exclusive event, you will be working directly alongside the kitchen team of a high-end, contemporary Mayfair restaurant group renowned for its premium Japanese cuisine. If you can exceed expectations within a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment and thrive during large-scale trackside events, we want to hear from you.
Shift Schedule
This is a full-throttle weekend. You must be flexible and completely willing to work the full event duration.
- Thursday 2nd July: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Friday 3rd July: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday 4th July: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday 5th July: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Please note: Accommodation is not provided. You must live close enough to comfortably commute to and from the Silverstone site each day.
What You Need:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banqueting and events experience, and 3 years of Chef de Partie experience (Required).
- Specialist Expertise: Strong, proven culinary knowledge working with high end cuisine.
- Resilience: Ability to work flawlessly under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with an elite culinary brigade.
- Standards: Absolute commitment to the highest standards of hygiene, health, and food safety.
