We are recruiting hospitality professionals to join our team at the Cheltenham Festival 2026 — a world-class event attended by VIP guests, corporate clients, racing enthusiasts and high-profile figures from sport, business and media. Expect fast-paced service, premium venues, champagne bars, private boxes and luxury dining environments throughout the week.

Dates: Tuesday 10th – Friday 13th March 2026

Location: Cheltenham Racecourse


VIP WAITING STAFF — FINE DINING & PRIVATE BOXES

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional table service in VIP suites and corporate hospitality areas
  • Champagne, wine and drinks service
  • Liaise directly with event managers, senior supervisors and private hosts
  • Always maintain immaculate presentation and professional communication

Ideal Experience:

  • Fine dining, silver service or private event experience
  • Confident, calm and guest-focused
  • Able to work under pressure and anticipate guest needs


BAR STAFF — CHAMPAGNE, COCKTAIL & TRACKSIDE BARS

Responsibilities:

  • Serve premium spirits, champagne and cocktails to large volumes of guests
  • Accurate till use, stock control and responsible alcohol service
  • Fast, efficient and friendly interaction in high-energy bar environments

Ideal Experience:

  • Previous experience in busy, high-end bars or events
  • Knowledge of basic cocktails and wine service preferred
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining top-tier customer service
