Chef de Partie- Gastropub temp work

Appetite4Work is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a well-established, quality gastropub in East Finchley.

We're looking for a confident Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running and comfortably manage a busy kitchen, delivering high-quality pub food to a great standard.

Dates: 16th to 20th September

The role:

• Preparing and cooking quality gastropub classics including Steaks, Fish & chips, Burgers & hot dogs, Traditional Sunday roasts, Chicken Schnitzel
• Working independently on Wednesday & Thursday, including pot wash and kitchen close-down. Kitchen Porter support provided Friday–Sunday.

The chef

• Has previous Chef de Partie experience in a gastropub or fresh food kitchen.
• Can confidently work alone when required.
• Is organised, reliable and maintains high food standards.
• Has a positive attitude and works well under pressure.
