Responsibilities:

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and back-of-house areas

• Cleaning plates, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and service areas

• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation

• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and kitchen setup

• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment

• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings

• Strong attention to detail

• Immediate availability

• Flexibility for day and night shifts

• Reliable and professional attitude
