Agency Sous Chef Required- Ongoing Weekend Shifts in West Sussex

Appetite4work are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to cover ongoing shifts at a beautiful boutique hotel, wedding venue, and restaurant set near Henfield, West Sussex.

Pay rate: £19 per hour + holiday pay on top

Shifts:

• Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
• From 31st of July until 21st September
• 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

The Sous chef will be supporting a busy kitchen delivering restaurant service, weddings, and events.

Requirements:

• Previous Sous Chef experience
• Comfortable leading a section and supporting the Head Chef
• Experience in fresh food kitchens
• Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
