As a Team Leader, you’ll oversee a small, dynamic team within our food & beverage outlets, guest zones, or VIP hospitality areas. You’ll set the tone — leading by example, keeping service standards high, and making sure every guest leaves smiling.

What you’ll be doing:

· Leading a team across operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

· Ensuring service runs smoothly and upholds our premium guest experience

· Supporting your team — from daily briefings to hands-on problem solving

· Managing stock, maintaining hygiene and presentation standards

· Keeping morale high and the Christmas spirit alive — even on the busiest days

We’re looking for:

· Proven experience supervising or leading a hospitality team (restaurant, café, event, or similar)

· Strong communication and people skills — you’re approachable, calm, and positive

· Someone who thrives under pressure and brings structure to busy service

· A team player who takes pride in delivering memorable experiences
