Appetite4work are on the lookout for an experienced Head chef to lead the kitchen operation at a popular entertainment and hospitality venue in Hertford during a period of annual leave cover.

The Kitchen

Italian-inspired cafe serving breakfast and lunch, offering pasta dishes, ciabatta sandwiches, soups and seasonal specials in a relaxed riverside setting.

As a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager, you will:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation
• Lead and support a small kitchen team
• Ensure smooth service during breakfast and lunch periods
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and allergen procedures

• £20 per hour + holiday pay on top
