Experienced Bar Staff Who Drive - Three Day Festival!

Appetite4Work are looking for confident and experienced Barbacks who can drive and have their own vehicle to work a three-day festival in East Sussex from 3rd–5th July 2026!

If you’ve worked busy bars, festivals, or events before and can handle high-volume service with a great attitude, we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for

• Happy with physical tasks (restocking, changing kegs, glass collection)
• Proactive and Strong team player
• Thrive in busy, fast-paced environments
• 18+ only

Key Info:

• You must be a driver with your own vehicle, as there is no public transport to and from the venue
• The shifts are finishing after midnight ( approximately 1600-0200 or 12:00-00:00)
• You must be available for all three days of the festival
• Festival setting (outdoor field)
• Staff parking available (registration required for accreditation)
• Staff break area + packed meals provided
