Appetite4Work are looking for a confident, organised and naturally warm Sales & Events Manager to lead reservations, sales and events across a premium hospitality destination.
This is a highly guest-facing role for someone who loves building relationships, handling enquiries and turning ideas into memorable experiences. You’ll be the main point of contact for workshops, private dining, celebrations and buy-outs, ensuring every interaction feels personal, polished and seamless.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for all sales, reservations and events enquiries
- Sell, plan and coordinate private dining, celebrations, workshops, corporate bookings and venue buy-outs
- Manage the reservations system for a premium restaurant, ensuring clear communication with operational teams
- Coordinate evening buy-outs for a daytime venue, working closely with managers and kitchen teams
- Build strong guest relationships from first enquiry through to event delivery
- Work collaboratively with general managers, front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain accurate records, sales materials and event administration using digital systems
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, events, reservations or guest experience within hospitality or a premium customer-facing environment
- Confident, warm and professional communicator in person, by phone and email
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable selling and converting enquiries into bookings with a guest-first mindset
- Calm, proactive and solutions-focused, even when managing multiple enquiries
- Creative interest in events, workshops and unique guest experiences
- Confident using digital systems for reservations, CRM and event admin
- Passion for hospitality, food and creating memorable moments
- Flexible to support events across weekends and peak periods
Role Details
- Full-time role
- 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends as required
- Start date from April 2026 (subject to availability)
