What does a Kitchen Porter do?

As a porter, you will keeping the kitchen and back of house area running smoothly. This will include.

• Thorough and quick cleaning of plates, cutlery, and equipment.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Basic food preparation such as chopping vegetables, and plating up dishes.
• Assisting with deliveries and helping fellow kitchen team members as required.

What do I need to apply?

• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Strong time management and personal organisation skills.
