Agency Baristas – £14ph – Flexible Shifts – Weekly Pay – Hertfordshire

Looking for flexible barista work with weekly pay? Appetite4Work is hiring agency baristas across Hertfordshire for a variety of sites including cafés, corporate venues, events, and visitor attractions.

This is flexible, zero-hour contract work where you pick the shifts that suit your availability.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making a range of espresso-based drinks to brand or site standards
• Taking customer orders, handling payments, and keeping service flowing
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and service areas

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a barista (Essential)
• Confident using commercial coffee machines (Essential)
• Good spoken English to communicate with customers and team (Essential)

Essential requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Able to travel to various sites across Hertfordshire
• Flexible, reliable, and happy to jump into new environments

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be on your feet, often during busy service periods. Some shifts will be in high-volume cafés or visitor venues; others may be quieter corporate settings. If you’re confident making coffee and want flexible hours, this role could be ideal.
