Appetite4Work is looking for an experienced Sous chef to work ad-hoc shifts at beautiful, high-end wedding and events venues in the Redhill area.

Next secured shift: 20th of June 11:00-19:00

The Role:

You'll work shifts at a variety of venues. One week you might be plating at a country wedding, the next supporting a racecourse hospitality team. You tell us your availability, and we match you to shifts that suit.

The Chef

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Ability to thrive in a busy events environment
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene and allergen regulations at all times
• Reliable and punctual
• Having a vehicle is essential as venues are spread across Surrey and Sussex
